Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased from stilohelmets.com does not meet your expectations, it may be eligible for return.


New Unused Product Returns:

You may return new, unused parts within 90 days from the purchase date for a complete refund or exchange. To avoid a restocking fee, you must request a return within 60 days of purchase date, and Simpson must receive the returned items within 90 days after purchase date.


Parts not eligible for return: Clearance items, Factory Refurbished Items, and Made to Order items.

Items returned 91-180 days after the date of purchase will be subject to a 15% restocking fee

Items are not eligible for return after 180 days unless there is a valid warranty issue and submission. The product must be in the original, manufacturer's box and must be sent freight prepaid

Products that show signs of excessive age, abuse, improper handling, or have been modified beyond Stilo’s instructions may be rejected and incur an inspection fee regardless of age

Original shipping charges are non-refundable



Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Product Returns:

Stilo will cover the shipping costs for the handling of returned product that was incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective. If you were sent an incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective product, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-654-7223 or email [email protected] and request a UPS pick-up or return label for the return of the product.


What to Expect:

Upon arrival of the returned product to Stilo and Stilo's determination that the returned product is new and unused, incorrect, damaged, or defective, Stilo will issue a refund back to the credit card used on the original transaction. If Stilo determines that the returned product was used, correctly shipped, undamaged, or not defective, Simpson will return the product to you, freight collect, and will not issue a refund to your credit card.


You can view your order history, check the status of your order, and track your order by logging into your account and viewing your orders. From here you can select "Orders Details" on an order to view its status and tracking information.


  • We accept most returns within 30 days via USPS Parcel Post or UPS. Please return new products in original condition, in their original boxes, with a copy of your receipt, to:
